What RoomScanner does with your photos

When you scan a piece of furniture, the photos you choose are uploaded to our server and sent to Tripo3D (a third-party AI service) solely to build your 3D model. Input photos are deleted from our server when the scan finishes — whether it succeeds or fails. They are not used for anything else.

Your 3D models

Generated models and your list of scanned pieces are stored under your account id so they can sync to other devices you sign in on, and they stay there until you delete them.

Your account

Sign in with Apple gives us only an anonymous account id — we never require your name or email. Tester logins are provisioned by the operator. The same account system is shared with our other app (ShirtScanner): signing in with the same Apple ID uses the same account in both apps.

What we don't do

• No ads.
• No tracking.
• We never sell your data.

Deleting your data

• Deleting a piece in the app also deletes its model from our server.
• Remove scans from server (in Account) deletes all your uploaded furniture scans and sync data, and nothing else.
• Delete account permanently deletes your whole shared account — including any ShirtScanner data and remaining paid credit in that app.
• Anything else: email us and we'll remove it.
